Cancellation or suspension of Certificate of Vending.- Where any street vendor violates any of the conditions specified in the Certificate of Vending or the provisions of this Act or the rules made thereunder, the Town Vending Committee may, after giving a reasonable opportunity of being heard, suspend or cancel the Certificate of Vending.",
