8. Issue of Certificate of Vending.- (1) The Town Vending Committee shall, after verifying the application, issue a Certificate of Vending specifying the category of vending, place of vending and the hours of vending.
(2) The Certificate of Vending shall be valid for such period and may be renewed on payment of such fee as may be prescribed.
