"content": "An\r\nAct\r\nto provide for the acquisition of Tinsukia and Dibrugarh\r\nElectric Supply Undertakings\r\n\r\nWhereas it is expedient to provide for the acquisi\r\ntion of Tinsukia and Dibrugarh Electric Supply\r\nUndertakings for a public purpose and for giving\r\neffect to the policy of the State toward securing the\r\nprinciples specified in clause ( ) of Article 39 of the\r\nConstitution of India;\r\n\r\nIt is hereby enacted in the Twenty-fourth year of\r\nthe Republic of India, as follows:-",
