        "content": "(a) he shall be responsible for the preparation of the financial estimates and for its presentation to the Board under Section 39 (3) of the Act;\n(b) he shall receive income and fees, disburse payment and be responsible for the day-to-day financial transactions of the Vishwavidyalaya and for the proper accounting thereof and all incidental matters including correspondence relating thereto;\n(c) he shall exercise such other power as may be prescribed by the Statutes and Regulations or as may be required, from time to time, by the Board or the Vice-Chancellor with respect to matters pertaining to accounts and finances of the Vishwavidyalaya for which he shall be directly responsible to the Vice-Chancellor;\n(d) he shall attend the Board meeting as and when required to do so for the purpose of fulfilling his responsibilities and duties envisaged in Section 19 (3) of Act, 1987.",
