Tribunal shall have and exercise n3 for as may bo the same powers and follow the
same procedure as under the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908.
(2) bveiy order made by the Tribunal tor the payment of money and for the
delivery of the possession or removal of any structure shall be enforced by the
District Court as it it were the decree of the said Court.
(3) The proceedings before the Tribunal shall be deemed to be judicial pro-
ceedings within the meaning of sections 193 and 228 of the Indian Penal Code.
