139 [28A. (1) On and from the commencement of the Bombay Land Improvement
Schemes (Extension and Amendment) Act, 1958, the Hyderabad Land Improvement
Act, 1953, and the Saurashtra Land Improvement Schemes Act, 1954, shall, subject
to the provisions of sub-sections (2) to (5), stand repealed.
