(a) "The Act" means the Dibrugarh University Act, 1965 ;
(b) "Article" means an Article of the Statutes ;
(c) "Form" means a form in the Appendix attached to the Statutes, Ordinances, Regulations and Rules ;
(d) "Post" means a post under the Dibrugarh University as specified in the Schedule to these Statutes.
