        "content": "(1) Notwithstanding anything contained in this Act or the rules made thereunder, if the Registrar considers that an amendment of the memorandum of association or regulation or bye-laws of a society is necessary of desirable in the interest of the society, he may, by an order in writing, to be served on the society in the prescribed manner, require the society to make the amendment within such time as may be specified in such order.",
