        "content": "There shall be paid to the Chief Minister a sumptuary allowance of Fifteen thousand rupees per mensem, to each Minister, a sumptuary allowance of Eight thousand rupees per mensem, to each Minister of State, a sumptuary allowance of Five thousand rupees per mensem and to each Deputy Minister and Parliamentary Secretary a sumptuary allowance of One thousand five hundred rupees per mensem.",
