        "content": "(b) The enquiry report contemplated by sub-section (3) of Section 6 shall be submitted in Form F.\n(c) Every application for State aid shall be accompanied by a-scheme of the industry for which State aid is required in Form G.\n(d) Parties to whom State aid is given shall execute mortgage bond, personal bond, personal bond with surety and agreement in Forms H, I, J and K, respectively,",
