        "content": "Amendment of section 9 of Bihar Act XIV of 1956.—For section 9 of the said Act, the following section shall be substituted, namely:—\n\"9. Filling of Casual Vacancies.—If any of the non-official member of the Board is unable, by reason of his death, resignation, removal or otherwise, to complete his full term of office, the vacancy so caused shall be filled by the appointment of another person and such person shall fill such vacancy for the unexpired portion of the term for which the member, whose place such person is appointed, would otherwise have continued in office.\"",
