        "content": "Amendment of section 7 of Bihar Act XIV of 1956.—For section 7 of the said Act, the following section shall be substituted, namely:—\n\"7. Removal of a member of the Board.—(1) The State Government may remove from office the Chairman or any member if he—\n(a) refuses to act, or\n(b) has become incapable of acting, or\n(c) has so abused his position in the Board so as to render his continuance on the Board detrimental to the public interest, or\n(d) fails, without sufficient cause, to attend three consecutive meetings of the Board, or\n(e) ceases to reside in the State of Bihar, or\n(f) has, since his appointment incurred any of the disqualifications specified in section 6, or\n(g) is entitled otherwise unsuitable to continue on the Board.\n(2) Any action taken under this section shall not be called in question in any court.\n(3) A member who has been removed under clause (c) or (f) of sub-section (1) shall not be eligible for re-appointment on the Board as member or in any other capacity.\"",
