An Act further to amend the Assam State Legislature Members' (Removal of Disqualifications) Act, 1950.
Whereas it is expedient further to amend the Assam State Legislature Members' (Removal of disqualification) Act, 1950, hereinafter called the Principal Act, in the manner hereinafter appearing;
It is hereby enacted in the Twenty-fourth Year of the Republic of India as follows:-
