ACT
to establish a private University under the name and style "The Assam Kaziranga University" under section 6 of the Assam Private Universities Act, 2007.
Whereas is expedient to establish a Private University under the name and style the Assam Kaziranga University under section 6 of the Assam Private Universities Act, 2007 and for matters connected therewith or incidental thereto.
It is hereby enacted in the Sixty-third Year of the Republic of India as follows:-
