Section 21 • THE ASSAM IRRIGATION WATER USERS ACT, 2004
Section 21(1)
21. (1) The Government may, by notification, appoint such officers from the Irrigation or any other Government or Government Aided Department as it may consider necessary to be the competent authority to every farmers' organisation for the purpose of this Act.
