The Fund shall be utilised for-\n(a) the creation, development, maintenance or improvement of\nhealth infrastructure, including medical colleges, hospitals,\ndispensaries and sub-centres ;\n(b) the maintenance and improvement of health services;\n(c) such other related purposes as may be prescribed;\n(d) to provide medical aids to the physically challenged persons.",
