AN ACT further to amend the Assam Deputy Speaker's Salaries and Allowances Act, 1958.
Whereas it is expedient further to amend the Assam Deputy Speaker's Salaries and Allowances Act, 1958, hereinafter referred to as the principal Act, in the manner hereinafter appearing;
It is hereby enacted in the Fifty-ninth Year of the Republic of India, as follows :-
Section 1 • THE ASSAM DEPUTY SPEAKER'S SALARIES AND ALLOWANCES (AMENDMENT) ACT, 2008.
