        "content": "An agriculturist member shall be liable to forfeit his membership and cease to be a member of the Corporation and may, accordingly, be removed from such membership in the manner prescribed, if it is decided by the Board that he has failed to abide by the provisions of this Act or rules made thereunder or the terms and conditions contained in the Memorandum of Association or bye-laws or for reasons of misconduct detrimental to the interests of the Corporation:",
