(1) Every complaint or allegation made against any officer or employee or agency under, or associated with, the Lokayukta for an offence punishable under the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988. and or under Chapter 9 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 shall be dealt with in accordance with the provisions of this section.",
