General powers of the Corporation - (1)The Corporation shall have the power to accord administrative approval, revised administrative approval, technical sanction, acceptance of all tenders, sanctioning budget and making financial provisions, settling disputes arising out of contracts and any other things which may be necessary or expedient for the purpose of carrying out its functions under this Act.",
