        "content": "3. Constitution of the Commissionerate and its functions - (1) As soon as may be after the commencement of this Act, the Government may, by notification, constitute a Commissionerate for the State of Andhra Pradesh called the \"Andhra Pradesh Vaidya Vidhana Parishad\".",
