        "content": "An order of requisition shall be served on the landlord, the tenant or the licensee-\n(a) by delivering or tendering a copy of the order to the landlord or the tenant or the licensee and, if such delivery or tender is not immediately practicable, by affixing a copy of the order on the outer door or other conspicuous part of the building requisitioned; and\n(b) by sending by registered post a copy of the order of requisition addressed to the landlord or the tenant or the licensee at his usual place of residence.",
