Section 13 • THE ANDHRA PRADESH MUTTAH, JATTU, HAMAL AND OTHER MANUAL WORKERS (REGULATION OF EMPLOYMENT AND WELFARE) ACT, 1976
Section 13(1)
On an application made by the Board for the recovery of arrears of any sum payable to it under this Act or any schemes and on its furnishing a statement of accounts in respect of such arrears, the Collector may, after making such inquiries as he deems fit, grant a certificate for the recovery of the amount stated therein to be due as arrears.
