(1) Any Medical Practitioner from other Country in the world or from other State in India who visits Andhra Pradesh for the purpose of demonstration of skill or conducting surgeries or procedures or workshop for the purposes of teaching, research or charitable work who has not registered his or her name in Medical Council of India shall apply to the Registrar for the purpose of Temporary Permission for undertaking the aforesaid professional activities:",
