Section 16 • THE ANDHRA PRADESH LAND REFORMS (CEILING ON AGRICULTURAL HOLDINGS) RULES, 1974
Section 16(1)
All proceedings before the Revenue Divisional Officer, the District Collector, Tribunal or the Appellate Tribunal shall be summary and shall be governed, as far as may be, by the provisions of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908.
