In making inquiries under sections 33, 35, 42 and 46 of the Act, the Tribunal shall have and exercise the same powers as are vested in a Civil Court in respect of -
(a) Proof of facts by affidavits;
(b) Summoning and enforcing the attendance of any person and examining him on oath;
(c) Compelling the production of documents; and
(d) Issuing commissions for the examination of witnesses:
