The Government may, either suo motu or on the request of the Board and after consulting the Collector of the district, by order transfer any land belonging to them to the control of the Board, for the purpose of providing housing accommodation.
Every such order shall be published in the Andhra Pradesh Gazette and shall be subject to such terms, conditions and restrictions as may be specified in such order and any rules made in this behalf.
