        "content": "Before proceeding to execute any housing scheme under Section 30 the Board shall, by notification in the Andhra Pradesh Gazette, publish the scheme.\nThe notification shall specify that the plan, showing the area which it is proposed to include in the housing scheme and the surrounding lands, shall be open to inspection of the public at all reasonable hours at the Office of the Board.",
