Section 6. Proof of Unicore necessary for receipt of services
6. Proof of Unicore necessary for receipt of services The State Government may, for the purpose of establishing the identity and the attributes of a core entity as a condition for receipt of a service for which the core data is required, require that such core entity to undergo authentication, or furnish proof of possession of a UNICORE number or in the case of an entity for which no UNICORE number has been assigned, such entity or its owner, as the case may be, makes an application for issuance of a UNICORE number:
