Constitution of District Level Aqua-culture Seed Committee and its powers & functions -\n(1) The Government may, by notification constitute Aquaculture Seed Committee at district level, to advise the State Aqua culture Seed Committee on all matters relating to registration and certification of hatcheries of fish / shrimp / scampi hatcheries and to enforce the provisions of the Act and the rules made there under.",
