Any person authorised by the Municipality in this behalf may after giving twenty four hours notice to the occupier or if there be no building occupied to the owner of any building or land in aMunicipal area at any time between sunrise and sunset-\n(a) enter and survey or take levels or measurements on the building or land;\n(b) enter the building or land for the purpose of examing works under construction or ascertaining the course of sewers of drains or of executing or repairing any work which the Municipality is by this Regulation empowered to execute or to maintain; or\n(c) enter the buildings or land for the purpose of inspecting or repairing water or other installations or for taking readings of meters connected therewith.",
