Section 171 • THE ANDAMAN AND NICOBAR ISLANDS (MUNICIPAL) REGULATION, 1994
Section 171(1)
171.(1) Any person authorised by the Municipality in this behalf may, enter between sunrise and sunset any building or land in a Municipal area and inspect any drain, privy, latrine, urinal cesspool, cable, wire pipe, sewer or channel theirin or thereon and cause the ground to be opened where such person thinks fit for the purpose of preventing or removing any nuisance arising from the drain privy, urinal, latrine cesspool. cable wire, pipe, sewer or channel.
