Section 125 • THE ANDAMAN AND NICOBAR ISLANDS (MUNICIPAL) REGULATION, 1994
Section 125(1)
125.(1) If a Municipality is of opinion that the cleansing or disinfecting of a building in the municipal area or any part thereof, or of any article therein, which is likly to retain infection will tend to prevent or check the spread of any disease, or is otherwise necessary it may, after giving a notice to the owner or occupier, cause the same to be cleansed or disinfected in such manner as it may deem fit.
