Section 46 • SRI VENKATESWARA VETERINARY UNIVERSITY ACT, 2005
Section 46(1)
46. Power of Government to transfer certain colleges and Institutions to the University (1) Notwithstanding anything contained in Acharya N.G.Ranga Agricultural University Act, 1963, the Andhra Pradesh Universities Act, 1991, or the statutes made thereunder, the colleges of Veterinary, Animal and Fisheries Sciences and other institutions shown in the First and Second Schedules shall from the date notified in the Andhra Pradesh Gazette by the Government in this behalf, be disaffiliated from Acharya N.G. Ranga Agricultural University and shall be maintained by the University as constituent Colleges:
