There shall be an Appellate Board to be called the Press and Registration Appellate Board consisting of Chairperson, Press Council of India and two members to be nominated by the Press Council of India, from among its members:
Provided that at least one of the two members shall be a person referred to in clause (d) or clause (e) of sub-section (3) of section 5 of the Press Council Act, 1978 (37 of 1978).
