(1) The Authority shall meet normally once in every three months or at such earlier time as may be decided by the Chairperson. The meeting of the Authority shall be convened by the Chief Executive Officer with the approval of the Chairperson at such time and place as may be determined by the Chairperson.
(2) The Chairperson and in absence of Chairperson, the Vice-Chairperson shall preside over meetings of the Authority.
(3) The rules and procedures of meetings of the Authority in regard to transaction of business including quorum shall be made by the Authority by framing bye-Laws in this respect.
