        "content": "50.(1) Subject to the provisitions of this Act, and the rules made thereunder, so much of the electoral roll for the Assembly Constitutency in force on the last date of nomination, as is melatable to a Village Council Constituency, as defined in clause (c) of Seation 2, shall be the electoral roll for that Village Council Constituency.",
