(1) The Executive Council may, in cases where the Chief Executive Councillor is required to take, in accordance with the provisions of this Act or the rules made thereunder or any other law for the time being in force, any action subject to the approval of the Executive Council, by a general or special resolution, authorises the Chief Executive Councillor to take such action subject to such condition, if any, as may be specified therein, in anticipation of such approval.",
