(ii) No objection certificate/permission from the Gram Panchayat for building construction for establishment of industrial undertaking required under the Chhattisgarh Panchayat Raj Adhiniyam, 1993;
(iii) No objection certificate from the Municipality or Municipal Corporation for establishment of industrial undertaking required, as the case may be, under the Chhattisgarh Nagarpalika Adhiniyam, 1961 or the Chhattisgarh Nagarpalik Nigam Adhiniyam, 1956;
(iv) Permission for using land for industrial purpose required under the Chhattisgarh Nagar Tatha Gram Nivesh Adhiniyam, 1973;
