Section 7. University open to all races, castes and creeds
The University shall be open to all persons irrespective of sex, race, creed, caste or class; and no test or condition shall be imposed as to religion, belief or profession in admitting or appointing members, students, teachers, workers, or in any other connection whatsoever and no benefaction shall be accepted which in the opinion of the authorities of the University involves conditions or obligations opposed to the spirit and objectives of this provisions:
