(1) Every salaried officer and teacher, except the Vice-Chancellor\nshall be appointed under a written contract, which shall be lodged with the\nUniversity and any dispute arising out of a contract between the University and\nany of the officer or teacher shall, at the request of the teacher or officer concerned\nor at the instance of the University, be referred to a Tribunal of arbitration\nconsisting of one member appointed by the Executive Council, one member\nnominated by the officer or teacher concerned and one nominee of the Chancellor.\nThe decision of the majority of the members of the Tribunal shall be final and no\nsuit shall lie in any civil court in respect of the matter decided by the Tribunal.",
