AN
ACT
to establish and incorporate a teaching-cum-affiliating University to
facilitate higher education in multi disciplines with special emphasis
on sports and physical education and to achieve excellence in
these and connected fields.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Haryana in the Sixty-fifth
Year of the Republic of India as follows:-
