(1) The Finance Committee shall consist of the following members, namely:-\n(i) the Vice-Chancellor, ex-officio Chairperson;\n(ii) the Pro-Vice-Chancellor, ex-officio Vice-Chairperson;\n(iii) the Secretary to the Government of Gujarat, Finance Department, ex-officio or his nominee not below the rank of Deputy Secretary or Financial Advisor, Finance department;\n(iv) the Secretary, Tribal Development Department, ex-officio or his nominee not below the rank of Deputy Secretary;\n(v) one member of the Board, to be nominated by the Board;\n(vi) one expert in the field of finance, to be nominated by the Board;\n(vii) Project Administrator and Additional Collector, (Tribal Development), Narmada District.",
