        "content": "To amend the Bihar Special Security Group Act, 2000 (Bihar Act 8, 2000).\nWhereas, with a view to provide adequate security to the Chief Minister, Ex-Chief Ministers and immediate family members of the Chief Minister, Special Security Group is provided under the provision of Bihar Special Security Group Act, 2000; and\nWhereas, due to creation of 531 posts in the Special Security Group, for effective administrative control, there is a need for an amendment in the present provisions.\nWhereas, the present provisions of appointment to the posts of Commandant and Dy.Commandants by the State government in the Bihar Special Security Group Act, 2000 is not adequate, considering latest challenges in the security scenario and in view of the increase in the size of the Group.\nNow, therefore, it is necessary to amend the Bihar Special Security Group Act, 2000 (Bihar Act 8 of 2000).\nBe it enacted by the legislature of the State of Bihar in the Sixty eighth year of the Republic of India as follows :-",
