Survey of street vendors.- (1) The Town Vending Committee shall, in collaboration with the local authority, conduct a survey of all existing street vendors within its jurisdiction once in every five years.\n(2) No street vendor shall be evicted or relocated till the survey specified under sub-section (1) is completed and Certificate of Vending is issued to all eligible street vendors.",
