        "content": "(b) The Commission may clarify in the tariff order, post the declaration from the Government, the quantum of Government's subsidy as applicable to the fuel cost adjustment along with the range (%) of variable cost upto which the fuel adjustment cost shall not be passed to the consumers, category wise classification, mode of payment and schedule of payment etc.\n(c) In case of no disbursement or delayed disbursement of subsidy by the Government, the licensee shall charge consumers as per the tariff schedule which is approved by the Commission without consideration of subsidy.\n(d) In case the amount of subsidy by the Government is not utilized in full, the balance amount of subsidy amount shall be used for adjusting in ARR of the ensuing year(s)",
