Preamble:-TO AMEND THE BIHAR CONTINGENCY FUND ACT, 1950 (BIHAR ACT 19 OF 1950)
WHEREAS, the State is in grip of unprecedented disaster;
AND, WHEREAS, relief and rehabilitation measures have to be undertaken on an emergent scale;
NOW, THEREFORE, be it enacted by the legislature of the State of Bihar in the fiftyninth year of the Republic of India as follows:-
