        "content": "In the principal Act,--in sub-section (8) of section 3A, the words \"and January\" in between the word \"July\" and \"every year\" and the words \"and the 31st December\" in between the words \"30th June\" and \"every year\" shall be deleted and the words \"equal to the employer's\" occurring in between the word \"amount\" and the word \"contribution\" shall be substituted by the words \"twice the employee's\".",
