        "content": "In the principal Act, in the first proviso to sub-section (5) of Section 3A the words \"and December\" in between the words \"June\" and \"every year\" shall be deleted; and in the second proviso the word \"months\" in between the words \"for the\" and \"aforesaid\" shall be substituted by the word \"month\" and the words \"or months\" occurring subsequently in between the words \"month\" and \"with\" shall be deleted.",
