An Act to amend the Assam State Industrial Relief Undertakings (Special Provisions) Act, 1984 (Assam Act No. VII of 1984).
Whereas it is expedient to amend the Assam State Industrial Relief Undertakings (Special Provisions) Act, 1984, hereinafter referred to as the principal Act;
It is hereby enacted in the Fortieth Year of the Republic of India as follows:-
